CONTRACT: 25 HOURS PER WEEK, FIXED-TERM FOR AN INITIAL 6 MONTHS
Nottinghamshire Clubs for Young People Ltd is a Nottingham-based charity which provides services and support to young people and charitable youth-service organisations across the city and the county of Nottinghamshire.
Based at the Monty Hind Training Centre in Lenton, the Board of Directors now seek the organisation’s first ever Fundraising Officer to support the Chief Executive in raising funds to support the charities aims and objectives. With continuous cuts to youth service, and non-statutory, funding over the past few years, the charity now requires an experienced and self-motivated fundraising professional to deliver income generating activities through community, corporate and grant/funding based fundraising activities. The ideal candidate will be able to do all of these things, alongside taking ownership for the review and ongoing coordination for the on-site accommodation block and any other space lettings within the charity’s headquarters.
This post is being advertised on a part-time, fixed-term basis for an initial period of six months, though there is certain scope for an extension and/or permanent contract arrangement should the post-holder meet and exceed income generation targets, as set by the Board of Directors’ Fundraising Committee.
